Conley grew up in Northeast Arkansas on a row crop and livestock farm. He earned a degree in animal science from Arkansas State University and moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1969 where he worked in the poultry industry for a number of years before moving to East Africa as an agricultural missionary drilling water wells and implementing soil conservation projects in Uganda and Honduras. Conley was licensed as a real estate agent in 1973 and took a break while working internationally on agricultural projects. He is now back in NWA and is committed to serving his clients on buying and selling residential, commerical, agricultural, cattle and recreational property.
